Presender exists because the average B2B deck is rebuilt 60 times a quarter, and almost none of those rebuilds make it any more relevant to the person on the other end. We think that is solvable.
The first version of Presender was a Notion page. Heikki was running a small consultancy, sending three decks a day, and copy-pasting the same 18 slides from one Google Slides file to the next. Mira built him a script that pulled the recipient's company from a CRM and swapped logos, intros, and case studies in one click.
Within two months, our consultancy doubled its win rate. The script became a tiny app. The tiny app became a sender profile, then a template engine, then a tracker. By the end of 2024, we were running our entire pipeline through it.
Then we showed it to other founders. The reaction was the same every time: "Why does this not exist as a product yet?"
So we made it one. Presender is the product we wished we had on day one of every deal we ever lost because the deck did not survive the first two slides.
A deck written for one person closes faster than ten written for nobody. We build the tools that make the first option as cheap as the second.
Real personalization respects time. We optimize for "watched all the way through", not "sent".
The sender sees every open and replay. The receiver sees a clean experience. No dark patterns, no fake urgency.
AI is the easy part. We obsess over the unglamorous bits — render speed, deliverability, edit history, permissions.
Spent 12 years building B2B sales tools before realizing the deck was always the bottleneck.
Distributed systems lead. Believes the best UX is one that disappears.
Type, motion, and the geometry of attention. Previously at three brands you have heard of.
Closed her first six-figure deal at 22. Now teaches Presender how revenue teams actually work.
